I created these chakra kits as a way for people to connect with themselves. A way for you look deep within and to work on aligning yourself through balancing and unblocking your chakras.
The Sanskrit word chakra means disc or wheel and refers to the energy centers in our body.
They start at the base of your spine up to the crown of your head and beyond. But focusing on the 7 chakras these spinning wheels correspond to certain nerves and organs in the body.
