Shipping policy
Once order is processed it will be shipped USPS with a tracking number according to the service you purchased.
Shipping is handled by a third party carrier. Because we don't physically handle your shipping and deliver your items it is out of our control on how quickly your package may arrive. During the holidays or difficult weather conditions please be prepared for how you select your shipping. We ask that you be patient with our couriers during these times.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package leaves my studio and is with a courier it is their responsibility. If your package does not arrive you will need to contact your local post office, or chosen carrier. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package. All shipping does include insurance. If your package states it has been delivered but for whatever reason you do not have it you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Of course if you run into any problems please contact me at Visatallc@gmx.com to assist you further. Copies of receipts or purchase orders will be useful in this process.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. Please allow at least 24-48 for this information.
